who is man that you are mindful of?  Life always try to put us down but with God by our side there is always something to be grateful of. Life would naturally throw obstacles our ways, but we should also know that as long as we still have breathe within us then you can conquer life's challenges.
God is still in the habit of using bad circumstances for your good. when we feel lost, dejected, unworthy, worthless, remember that there is a God in heaven that thought you priceless that he died for you.
you are far too important not to fulfill Go's purpose for your life because peoples life depend on it. I charge you to rise above that phase, circumstance, challenge, obstacle and fulfill your God given mandate.
