Ignorance!
A man in a cage facing an opponent with a mighty sword which is knowledge
The vilian of wisdom
Enemy to success
Brother in-law of failure
Friend to poverty
Husband to low self-esteem
Which births shoe holes
And shirts like tattered kites

Ignorance!
What would a fool do without you
You who gives him an excuse to be lazy
If education is expensive try ignorance
Is the fool's excuse for lack of knowledge

Ignorance!
Confronted with sheets of questions
Supplied with puzzles and riddles
Due to deficiency of research
Is equals to building pyramids in the sky
Seeing blank sheets, with sweat giving way
Tick -Tock Tick-Tock says the time.
Sheets are collected just as they are given
Rest in ignorance the brother in-law of failure

But a wise fellow battles ignorance
Allocates medicine for deficiency
Presented with sheets in boldness
Before the clock can say Tick! Tock!
He steps forward and exit.
