IF YOU ARE USEFUL, YOU ARE NOT POOR – (Winning Wisdom)

Stop referring to yourself as poor. When you say you are poor, you are inadvertently saying that you are almost useless to your world. Don’t let anyone put a price tag on you. You should be the one determining your worth. Without working hard to understand your self-worth, you will continually be subservient to a slavery system (either salary or poverty). People who do not take time to find out the great treasures of within them end up self-subscribing to a system of suppression and domination. And they never get to maximally manifest their true identity. They lose their chance to live their true lives to blindness.

How come I am now able to make thousands from writing when no one ever referred to me as one up till this year? I personally did not see myself as a writer. But I could see an ability inside of me trying to express itself.  I chose to agree and followed suit, because that voice has never failed. Even though, I may fail sometimes, but with a resolute tenaciousness, I eventually come out in flying colors. And whenever I succeed on a small level, I get encouraged to scale it up to higher heights. Every greatness on the outside always starts from the inside. If you cannot imagine yourself doing great things, all hope is lost. Nobody can live above his imagination. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.

The only one who is poor is the one who is able to add no tangible value to his society and to his world. Without believing in what you have on the inside of you, there is no way to prove to others that you have what it takes to add value to their lives. Don’t expect anyone to believe in you if you don’t believe in yourself.

You might have been entrusted with a billionaire-level potentials and capabilities. But if your inner eyes cannot see it, your mind will not be able to conceive it, and your brain will not be able to think it. As far as your eyes can see, so shall you possess. If you allow the economy of a country or your unemployment give you a distorted vision about life, you may end up being stagnated and mired in the rat race of life.

Where are the Giants of the Kingdom? Where are the princes who are supposed to take over the land for the King? Joseph acquired virtually all the landed properties in Egypt for the king. So should we do for the King of all kings. But first, Joseph was in the pit. From the pit to Potiphar’s house. And from Potiphar to the prison. Yet, he never lost sight of who he was. What situation have you allowed to blind you to your true self? Let your eyes be opened so you don’t stay in the prison for life. Discover the treasure of God inside you, and use it to bless your world. Then, money will automatically flow in your direction. You don’t have to look for it; it just gets added to you. You don’t have to ‘sow seed’ to be rich. You only need to apply the right principles to live in influence. Start working hard today to discover them.

If Joseph had stopped looking at the treasure within him, he would have never made it to the palace. Never put more attention on what is going on the outside than what is living on your inside. Please be more interested in your gift than you are more concerned about the gists. Get busy multiplying your talents and stop worrying about the serpents. It is high time you know where the devil lives. The devourer lives under your feet. That is why Jesus said you shall trample upon serpents and scorpions, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. This means you cannot be hurt until you hurt yourself. And the surest way to hurt yourself is by not believing in the abilities in you. It is by not believing in the finished work of Jesus on the cross.

God no longer rebukes the devourer for you when you pay tithes. He has told you to resist the devil by yourself. He will not do it for you. He already manifested to destroy the works of the devil. The only work you have to do is to resist and to trample.

If you don’t believe in who you are on the inside, you will never be able to reflect it on the outside. How will you ever start your own business or your own organization if you never believe you have what it takes? When you don’t understand who you are, you are best a slave to someone else. The job-salary system was the design of man, and not the design of God. The earth was given to us to subdue; not given to us to struggle. If you never start working towards your freedom, don’t expect it to jump on you.

Stop focusing on money when you should focus on value. Money is just a paper or sometimes fictitiously contained in a card or in the computing cloud; It is merely a representation of value. Make sure you really know how to touch people with love, and you cannot be poor. Make sure to become an expert when it comes to improving lives, and you will never know penury. Keep finding ways to make life easier and more convenient for people, then you don’t need to seek for prosperity with tithes and offerings. Do all these, and I will say you have discovered the power to get wealth.

Every time you increase your knowledge to be able to solve people’s problems and make life easier for others, you are telling poverty that you are the boss. Decide to make your life extremely useful on this earth, and you will not be ridden in lack and want. Your physical presence on this earth is for adding value to people’s lives. But your spiritual essence is for fellowship with God. How much value have you added with your life? Please realize that service to humanity is what counts in eternity, not serving God to get something.

God is not a bribe monger. Jesus never tells you to serve Him so that He can bless you. He blesses you so you can serve Him. God blessed the children of Israel by releasing them from captivity. He said “Let my people go, that they may serve me”. He told Abraham “I will bless you, and you shall be a blessing”. He did not say you shall be a blessing so that He can bless you.

Friend, God has already blessed you. He blessed you when he blessed the first man and woman. If it were not so, HE wouldn’t tell us to be fruitful and to multiply. He made that statement because He already put the blessing in us. Please make sure you discover the blessing of God in your life. Make sure you are not blind to the benefits He daily loads you with.

The riches of this earth does not belong to some few select people. It belongs to every inhabitant of the earth. But only those whose eyes are opened ever gets to truly possess their possession. As a matter of fact, the riches of the gentiles should belong to the righteous. But if the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Refuse to be the righteous who is forsaken. Refuse to be the one whose seed is begging bread. Choose to be the righteous who ascertains that he leaves inheritance for his children’s children. Refuse to let your life be a liability to your generation. And God’s blessings will continually be with you!
